Surprise surprise, I managed to stay on the plan for the weekend. This must be like the first time ever! I think things are finally starting to click.
Still not sleeping well at night. Hoping by the end of this week that'll change. Had physio this morning, which hurt like hell. I'm hoping that as the days go on, I'll be less sore.
I've been pleased with my progress so far. I'm actually looking forward to weigh in on Thursday. Now that's a new one! Imagine looking forward to weigh in? I think it just goes to show how focussed I am to get to goal.
I'm off to bed soon, and hopefully a full nights sleep will follow.
